Privacy Policy

Overview

RepHit ("we", "us", "our") is a fitness tracking application operated by Rephit Workout Tracker. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

By using RepHit, you agree to this policy. If you don't agree, please do not use the app.

What we collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and optionally your name and profile photo.

Workout data: All the workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weights, and notes you log in the app. This is the core of what we store and it lives in your account.

Usage data: Anonymous analytics about how the app is used (screens visited, features used). This contains no personal information and helps us improve the app.

Device information: Basic device details (OS version, app version) for bug reports and compatibility. We don't track your location or contacts.

We do not collect:

• Your location or GPS data
• Your contacts or address book
• Health data from your device (we store only what you manually log)
• Advertising identifiers

How we use it

We use your information solely to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the RepHit app and services
• Sync your data across devices
• Send you optional notifications and streak reminders (you control these)
• Respond to your support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it to build profiles for any purpose outside of operating RepHit.

What we share

We share data only in these limited circumstances:

• With your consent: When you choose to share routines or activity with other RepHit users, that content is visible to them as you configure it.
• Service providers: We use Supabase for database and authentication. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users.

We never sell your personal data. Period.

Data storage & security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices including SSL/TLS for all data transfers.

Offline data is stored locally on your device using SQLite with standard device security protections.

We retain your data for as long as you have an account. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Export: Download your complete workout history in CSV format (Profile → Settings → Export Data)
• Correct: Update or correct your account information at any time
• Delete: Delete your account and all associated data permanently
• Opt out: Disable notifications, analytics, or any optional data collection

Children's privacy

RepHit is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you via the app or email. Continued use of RepHit after changes means you accept the updated policy.
